Cancellation policy
Plans can change, and we strive to make the process simple.
- Receive a full refund when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the charter start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A temporary security deposit authorization (not an actual charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your charter. This authorization helps cover any accidental damages during your rental.
If no claims are necessary, the authorization will automatically be released approximately 48 hours after your trip. Your specific deposit amount will be displayed during checkout.
