Rental Policies
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellations until 24 hours before the booking start date.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start date are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Yes, you are permitted to bring as much food and drinks as you would like. Glass containers and red wine are not permitted.

What is your refund policy?
If you decide to cancel your trip you must do so 14 days before the date of your trip to receive a full refund. You can receive a partial refund up to the day of your trip if you would like to cancel.

Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children and infants are allowed on board. Our yachts are child-friendly but constant parental supervision is required.

Are there lifejackets available?
Yes, we provide all the safety equipment you’ll need. From lifejackets, life boat, emergency radio, and food provisions for extended trips.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can book your trip with any major credit card or debit card. We also accept wire transfers and checks.
